  1. I recently encountered a huge problem with Stake, unfortunately. I've been a regular user since August 2025, betting around €40,000 per month. To my great surprise, my account was suspended last Sunday for violating the terms and conditions. So I contacted support, who told me to complete verification steps 2, 3, and 4. I sent everything: photos and bank statements for the last three months. Everything was rejected, much to my surprise. I tried again, and my photo was accepted after I took a selfie with my face, the date, and my username. They asked for my payslips in addition to my bank statements. I explained that I've been employed since November 18th, so I only have two. Support told me that was okay, that they would explain it to the team in charge of the case, and that it would be accepted. Everything was rejected again by support. For verification step 3, they told me (with supporting evidence) that a letter from my employer would be accepted. etc., if it's signed and stamped, and I'm told to do the same for my pay stubs, so I have my employer sign it, I submit it, and once again REFUSED. They tell me it can't be a photo of the paper document. I explain that the document must be on paper because they want it signed and stamped. We're still at the point where Stake wants to freeze my remaining $550. They're asking me for a signed and stamped letter from my bank. I resubmitted, and was refused again. For step 3, I explained that I'm being housed for free by my brother, who can provide bank statements, ID, a certificate of accommodation, etc. Again, I was told yes. I resubmitted, and of course, it was refused. And now, they're telling me that the payslips I sent for step 4 along with the bank statement are suspicious—something that was never mentioned before—and that they're going to penalize me, even blocking my funds and deleting my account. So I'm bringing this to your attention here at the community. Stake can do whatever they want to you, even when you do everything correctly.
