I’d like to share my honest experience and hopefully get some clarification from the team or experienced members here.
I’ve been playing on Stake since 2021. From the very first day I created my account until today, I realized something that really confuses me — I have NEVER received any kind of promotion.
No deposit bonuses,
No wager-based promos,
No special offers,
Nothing at all.
What makes it even more confusing is that I am currently VIP Platinum II and already 48% progress toward Platinum III. I’ve been loyal, active, and consistent for years.
So my questions are:
• Is there something wrong with my account?
• Could my account be excluded from promotions for some reason?
• Is this normal for some players?
• What should I do to be eligible for promos in the future?
I’m not here to complain without reason. I genuinely enjoy playing on Stake and being part of this community, but this situation feels unfair compared to what I see other players receiving.
I’d really appreciate any explanation, advice, or help from the Stake team or fellow players who might have experienced something similar.
