Ladea Posted January 21 #1 Posted January 21 Hello Stake Community, I’d like to share my honest experience and hopefully get some clarification from the team or experienced members here. I’ve been playing on Stake since 2021. From the very first day I created my account until today, I realized something that really confuses me — I have NEVER received any kind of promotion. No deposit bonuses, No wager-based promos, No special offers, Nothing at all. What makes it even more confusing is that I am currently VIP Platinum II and already 48% progress toward Platinum III. I’ve been loyal, active, and consistent for years. So my questions are: • Is there something wrong with my account? • Could my account be excluded from promotions for some reason? • Is this normal for some players? • What should I do to be eligible for promos in the future? I’m not here to complain without reason. I genuinely enjoy playing on Stake and being part of this community, but this situation feels unfair compared to what I see other players receiving. I’d really appreciate any explanation, advice, or help from the Stake team or fellow players who might have experienced something similar. Thank you for taking the time to read this 🙏 Sam koli 1

If you mean whether there is anyone else using my Stake account besides me, then no. I am the only person who uses this account, and I always play from my own device and network. No one else at my house or anywhere else has access to my account.

Aside from the monthly and weekly bonuses, ive never received any other bonuses. As for betting, I’m very active and consistent — I even burn money just for the sake of getting a ticket. Same here — other than the weekly and monthly bonuses, I’ve never received any other promos. I’m very active and consistent with betting, sometimes even wagering more just to get tickets, but still nothing. It seems like no matter where you reach out — forum, live support, or email — you don’t really get any help. At this point, it feels like it’s just bad luck. And judging by the replies here, there are clearly many players going through the same thing.
