ok so is India the only place that blocks users from directly messaging live support? several times i have needed to and i can never get thru, and im generally sent down several multiple choice tunnels that lead to superficial responses that read like the FAQ page, and the chat ended without even having been able to type. this is beyond frustrating, i get theres a lot of people here but i have polled discord and none of my friends in other countries experience this. stake should do it to everyone or no one, or AT THE VERY LEAST give the option to be connected to support if the issue cant be resolved with a FAQ page. and you should again, but doing it to EVERYONE. I cannot be both from india AND get help from support or even say thank you for random $85 bonuses.

I have contacted the finance and live support departments multiple times via email and phone, and although they said they would refund the money I deposited in local currency, they still haven't done so. Today is the 4th business day and I still haven't received my money. I'm in a really difficult situation and I don't know what to do.
