Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been actively playing on your platform for approximately nine months. During this period, I have generated a total wagering volume exceeding 1.4 million USD, placing thousands of slot spins and hundreds of sports bets. All of my deposits have been made via cryptocurrency. However, for all gaming and betting activities, I have consistently kept the “Display in Fiat Currency (TRY)” option enabled under Wallet > Settings. A review of my betting and slot history will clearly confirm that all wager amounts were entered and displayed in TRY.
On February 28, 2026, I accessed the platform via Google Chrome on my mobile phone and played slot games for several hours. Throughout this entire session, I did not modify any account or wallet settings. All amounts were displayed in TRY. My last slot spin was 72 TRY at approximately 16:49.
After exiting the slot game, I navigated to the Sports section to place a bet. I selected two matches and added them to my bet slip. In the wager amount field, I entered “2000” and confirmed the bet. Prior to placing the bet, my account balance was approximately 100,000 TRY (2,276 USDT). Immediately after the bet was placed, I noticed my balance had dropped to 12,136 TRY (276 USDT). Realizing that something was clearly wrong, I immediately took a screenshot.
To verify the issue, I logged into my account from my desktop computer without delay and checked the bet details. A wager that should have been processed as 2,000 TRY had instead been executed as 2,000 USDT. As a result, 87,883.94 TRY was deducted from my balance. This indicates a clear mismatch between the currency displayed in the user interface and the currency processed by the betting engine.
Upon identifying the error, I cashed out the bet within the same minute and simultaneously contacted Live Support to report the issue. Unfortunately, the responses I received did not address the technical nature of the problem and appeared to misunderstand the situation.
Nearly all sports bets I placed that day were within the 2,000–4,000 TRY range, as clearly shown in my betting history. A 2,000 USDT wager is entirely inconsistent with my betting pattern and risk profile.
As you are aware, when the “Display in Fiat Currency (TRY)” option is enabled, the amount entered in the BET field is interpreted as TRY, and the interface reflects this accordingly. It is technically impossible to place a USDT-denominated bet without first disabling this setting. I did not disable this option at any time during the incident. If such a change had occurred, it would necessarily be reflected in your system logs, including:
Based on the above, I firmly believe that this incident was not caused by user error but rather by a system-side currency mapping or frontend–backend synchronization bug.
I respectfully request a thorough technical investigation of all logs related to the relevant time frame on 28.02.2026, including currency setting changes and the full transaction logs associated with the specific Sports Bet ID. Furthermore, I request reimbursement of the financial loss incurred due to the discrepancy between the wager placement and the subsequent cash-out.
I kindly ask for a detailed response following your internal review.
As you can see in the video, the exact same incident that happened to me yesterday is occurring. Although the bet appears to have been placed in TRY, the amount is deducted from the balance in USDT. This is a serious issue.
No one is providing any support. This is outright fraud, and I am expecting someone to help me. What other evidence do you need me to provide? Has the legal theft ended and now have you started committing illegal theft?
