I'm posting here in the hope that someone from the Stake team can review my case.
My Stake account was compromised on December 26, 2025. After I lost access, I contacted support as quickly as I could and reported that my account had been taken over. Unfortunately, I remained locked out while the recovery process was pending.
After the waiting period, I was asked to provide January 2026 transaction history to verify ownership. The problem is that I couldn't have legitimate January activity because I had already lost access to my account. Any transactions during that period were made while I was locked out.
I have already provided historical evidence showing that I owned the account before it was compromised, including previous deposits, withdrawals, and other account information. I'm simply asking for my case to be reviewed based on the account history before the compromise rather than activity that occurred after I lost control of the account.
I'm not looking for special treatment—just a fair review by the appropriate team. If anyone from Stake Support or the Security Team sees this, I would greatly appreciate another look at my case.
