Subject: Complaint Regarding Lack of Deposit Data Transparency
I would like to raise a concern about the lack of transparency regarding my account deposit data.
In less than 40 days, I progressed from Bronze level to Gold, and I am currently close to reaching Platinum (around 83%). During this period I have been actively depositing and playing on the platform, and my total loss so far is around $8000 to $9000 in 40 days.
My complaint is not mainly about bonuses. My concern is about access to my own deposit data and the way time periods are defined.
When I asked customer support about my total deposits for the month, I was told that the calculation is based on custom dates. This was confusing because in most transaction-related platforms or financial apps, a month normally refers to the standard calendar month, not a custom time period.
As a customer, it becomes difficult to track or verify my own activity if the platform uses custom date ranges without clearly explaining them. Players should have clear and transparent access to information such as:
- Total deposits within a clear timeframe
- The exact start and end dates used for calculations
- Consistent definitions for weekly or monthly periods
Without this clarity, it becomes difficult for users to properly understand their own transaction history.
I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding how these custom date ranges work and why customers cannot simply view their standard monthly deposit totals.
