UPDATE- As of right now they are making KYC an absolute nightmare, I've been verified up to level 3 like 2 or 3 times so far just to have them reject level 4 for some reason and make me start over. I legitiimately do not know what they want from me.

Bro did you miss the part where my account was fully verified before this whole ordeal began?

SO AFTER HAVING UPLOADED all the documents required to level 4 verify, my verifications screen looks like this: MIND YOU, earlier it looked like this: So what I'm gathering is that they are literally just making me KYC over and over again. I've received no communication to explain why this is occurring. Oh, and of course my wd (that's taken so long the address has cycled to a new one in the receiving wallet) still looks like this: So for fucks sake stake, can you fix this shit and let me have my funds please?
