I just recently bought a bonus and ended up getting a max win of 9,999x. I hit ok after it said max win reached but nothing went to my wallet and now the game is nowhere on the website and if I try to go to game history it tells me that the action is unavailable. I’ve tried reaching out to support but it seems they’re trying to dodge the issue. Anyone else ever had this happen or any advice? I know the picture says unavailable in your location but I’ve bought and redeemed just fine in the past.
Never mind, support came up with the excuse that the game “malfunctioned”. So unbelievably stupid.
