Hello, My Stake username:batufondip On average, I spend around 16-18 hours daily on my PC, and I can stay active in chat for long periods consistently. A moderator’s job is to keep the chat safe, friendly, and organized. Moderators help users, answer questions when possible, prevent spam/toxic behavior, and make sure the community follows the platform rules. I want to become a moderator because I enjoy helping communities stay active and positive. I am a Turkish native speaker, I communicate well with people, and since I already spend most of my day online as a software developer, I can be highly active and responsive in chat. I have never been banned. I have experience managing online communities and moderating discussions informally, although I have not officially moderated on Stake before.
