I am posting here because I have a sports bet that has been stuck in "Pending" status for 8 days now. The event has long since concluded, but the funds have not been settled or returned.
I have attempted to resolve this through:
Live Support: No helpful response/agent not responding.
Email Support: No reply after 48 hours.
This is a significant delay for a standard settlement. Could a Moderator or Support Staff please look into this Bet ID and manually sync it with the official results?
I would appreciate a quick update on why this is being held up.
