I used an affiliate code and deposited crypto money, after I hit the wager requirement and intended to withdraw some of the money, I received a notification that I need to complete KYC level 3 and for. I submitted the required documents many times but got rejection. I tried to submit totally different documents but yet same result.
Live support couldn't help and only reply with generic response. all the documents I provided were original and comply with the rules, no screenshots, all authentic but also got rejected.
I've never experienced something like this in my whole life, worst experience ever. after 2 days, I still not able to gamble/withdraw
could anyone please help me
