The best thing you can do is to contact the support team and explain your issue once again.
One thing that might help is changing your linked email address. If you'd like to do that, you can contact our Account Recovery team at
[email protected], and they will assist you with the email change. You'll need to go through a short verification process, but switching to a different email address may resolve the issue.
