I'm having issues getting my statistics sent to my email. Is anyone else having a problem? It works once every few attempts. I find myself burning through my 5 requests quickly when it decides not to work. Just wondering if it's a me problem.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I already reached out to support. They were not able to provide any assistance. All they did was make sure that I'm checking all my email folders which I am. They told me they reached out to the team and they removed any email suppression. However it is still happening to me.

Unfortunately, I can’t help you with that either.

The best thing you can do is to contact the support team and explain your issue once again.

One thing that might help is changing your linked email address. If you'd like to do that, you can contact our Account Recovery team at [email protected], and they will assist you with the email change. You'll need to go through a short verification process, but switching to a different email address may resolve the issue.
