If the reload is truly calculated from reload to reload, then the calculation period in my case should be:
March 6 → April 15
However, my wager on March 10 (over $1000) was not counted.
This creates another logical issue.
If the system actually calculates only the last 30 days, then the real calculation period would be:
March 16 → April 15
This means that all wagering between March 6 and March 15 is ignored entirely.
In other words, any player who wagered during this period would have their activity not counted in any reload calculation at all.
This cannot be correct, because wagering activity between reloads should logically belong to some calculation period.
Otherwise it creates a 10-day gap where wagering is effectively excluded from the system, which contradicts the statement that the calculation is done from reload to reload.
Therefore the current result suggests that either:
the reload calculation was applied incorrectly, or
the actual calculation period differs from what was explained by support.
If anyone else had reloads around March–April, it would be interesting to know which period was used in your case.
