I’m facing an issue with a recent deposit that has not been credited to my account, and I’m unable to get a proper resolution.
Here are the details:
I made a deposit via bank transfer.
The transaction was marked successful by my bank, and they confirmed the amount was credited to the beneficiary account provided.
After 24 hours, I submitted the payment proof and UTR number through the deposit escalation process.
The request was later closed stating that the funds were not received, which contradicts my bank’s confirmation.
I have already:
Verified with my bank (they confirmed the transfer was completed successfully).
Tried reaching support via live chat (only received automated responses).
Attempted email support, but received a message that support email is no longer active.
This situation is very concerning, as the funds have left my account but are not reflected on Stake.
Request:

Bank confirmation
