I'm posting here because Live Support and Email Support haven't provided any updates regarding my bonus. I received a promo email on April 21 to "Deposit $40 and wager $40 to unlock a $10 bonus."
Here are the facts:
Deposit: ₱2,500 on April 22 (Transaction ID: 1294924140)
Wager: ₱2,500 on April 22 (Sports Bet - Table Tennis)
Status: It has been over 72 hours. The 48-hour crediting window has long passed.
I've met all the requirements and provided screenshots to support multiple times, but I keep getting template replies to "be patient."
Can a Moderator please look into this and escalate it to the promotions team?
