Hello ^^ That can sometimes be 5 hours or more a day, and it can get longer if my job requires it. I think moderators are only responsible for "keeping the flow going," creating a peaceful chat without resorting to excessive muting. I'm a positive person and I think I get along well with people. Yes, I was muted without a warning, so it seems your admins see warnings as muting. Admins can sometimes be very cruel and harsh, muting people for long hours unfairly. yes some ppl being so negative & toxic.. but we can't do anything about that except ignore them.. that will be enough I think.
