1- My Stake username is Hater65 2 - On average, I spend around 7 to 9 hours daily on chat. I stay active most of the time and keep up with ongoing conversations regularly 3 - From what I understand, a moderator’s role is to keep the chat environment clean, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. It involves making sure users follow the rules, handling spam or inappropriate behavior, and helping people with basic questions when needed. A moderator also plays a role in keeping the overall atmosphere positive and engaging. 4 - I want to become a moderator because I’m already very active in the chat and spend a lot of my time in the chat feed, so I understand how things work here. I like interacting with people and helping wherever I can. Along with that, it would also be a good opportunity for me to build a stable income source while doing something I’m genuinely interested in. I believe I can handle the responsibility well and communicate in a calm and proper way. And I'll be very happy to be a part of stake community & I believe that maybe later I'll become stake agent if my progress goes too well 5 - Yes, I have been muted 2 times. I take that as a learning experience because mistakes help us understand things better. Apart from that, I have never been warned or banned. 6 - I’m a fresher in terms of moderation on this platform, but I’m currently working in a call center, so I do have experience dealing with different types of people and handling conversations. I’m willing to learn quickly and follow all the guidelines properly. 7 - Yes, I am fully comfortable working night shifts. I’m already used to flexible timings, so adjusting to different schedules won’t be an issue. I can stay active and consistent during those hours.
