The Issue:
I am trying to withdraw my balance using the "Local Currency / Bank Transfer" method. However, I am facing an error that makes it impossible to proceed:
1. Cannot Input Bank Details: When I select the withdrawal method, the form/field to input my bank account details (account number, bank name, etc.) does not appear or remains blank.
2. Withdraw Button is Greyed Out / Not Clickable: Because the system requires me to fill in the bank details first, the "Withdraw" or "Confirm" button does not activate. It stays greyed out or is completely invisible.
What I have tried (to troubleshoot):
· Refreshing the page and clearing browser cache.
· Trying a different browser/device.
· Logging out and logging back in.
My Limitation:
I only have access to the Local Bank Transfer method. I do not own any cryptocurrency wallets, and I cannot use the Crypto withdrawal option.
