The transfer was successfully completed from my bank side, and I contacted support immediately after realizing the issue. Their only response was to “wait 24 hours.” It has already been around 9 hours with no meaningful update, no clarification, and no indication that anyone is actually investigating the case.
I understand user mistakes happen, but support quality should be measured by how problems are handled — not by copy-pasting waiting times and disappearing.
Right now, it honestly feels like they are delaying the issue rather than actively trying to resolve it.
Has anyone experienced this before? Did Stake eventually recover the funds or manually credit the deposit?
