I hate to cry guys, but honestly i dont know what to do here. Anyone have advice? Im sure if someone in charge or a bit higher up at stake looked in on this they would solve this or atlest take responsibility.

Very sad, espesically since support refuse to give me an real answer.

I was awarded host back when plat 3 was enough. Then lost it . (Which also is useless beacuse that was not the initial deal) Now i get if i wager 50k i reclaim host. So i wager 50k. So when im done (Ofcours this cost me money) Support say i have to reach plat 4. I wagered 50k beacuse i got this offer...It even say you can also reclaim host bye leveling up to plat 4 or higher. Imagine im now getting refused any bonus or anything. But i wasted thousands to wager 50k of a clear and valid deal... Support wont answer. Ive been a loyal member since 2020. Feel so betrayed. Its super clear in my profile if i wager 50k ill get vip host.... And ofcours support just refuse to even consider any form of compensation. I been here long time and always appreciated the site, but fuck this. ;( (I changed the forum of this topic)

Seems bad. Very bad they wont even give you the reason behind it . I had similar situations where i had questions where they could not give me any more reasone then "This is a decision from xxx team" Even if i perhaps was wrong in that situation its very frustrating when they even refuse to give an explanation. I hope they fix this .

Customer Support have very low Poker knowledge. And giving false statements all Christmas Series. Sadly since support normal are very good here.

They are aware of the situation. I mailed about this so much and other problems in poker during Christmas Series. Hope they will solve it. Im not sure. But if they do there will be new problems. For example payout structure. There is an error in how the ITM/payout structure is calculated in this two-day/phased event. Since only ~18% of the field advances to Day 2, and the payout structure is then calculated only from the Day 2 player count, the result is effectively 18% of 18% of the original field being ITM. This drastically reduces the number of paid places compared to normal tournament standards and changes the tournament conditions after registration has already taken place. ITM/payout calculations must be based on the total number of unique entries, not only the players who advance to Day 2.

Today for the first flight for main event we where 141 players who made it. (18%) But only 8 player show up in the list for 27 November. Whats goooooing on
