Not only is it confusing with all rules stated within the tournaments and from support [which are more confused than me TBH]
Support dont know what is going on and says things that aren't true, as with my other post, my chat with support conclusions was that it's a visual error on qualified players from phase 1into phase 2 registration list, which would be update. Also support mention as per say the rule, if u qualified for phase2 u can no longer participate in phase 1 even if u had multiple tickets from free rolls. Which wasn't true, I Had two tickets. Qualified to Phase 2 from the 1st phase 1 tournament. Next day on 2nd phase 1 tournament, I was able to register and participate in phase 1 tournament again after ranking 3rd and qualified already. And this was also gonna be fix soon as per say support. But live support are good at their jobs, Eddie please we need better support experiences, or Artificial intelligence customers service implementation to live please.
