I made a serious mistake while playing Keno. I entered my entire ETH balance (about $1,150) to check its USD value and accidentally left it in the bet amount field. After returning to my computer, I clicked bet without realizing the amount was still entered. you can review my betting history and see that I normally never bet more than $1. This was clearly an accidental wager. I sincerely ask that someone concerned review this case and consider a refund, as this money is very huge and important to me. i reached out to stake onsite support. they said they can't help with this. and also posted on X tagging eddie, stake and others but sadly no one seems to be interested in helping out
