I am reaching out here because I am currently unable to open a standard support ticket through the website, and my live chat is not connecting.
I have a large amount of funds stuck on my final step, and I am very concerned. I have all the relevant transaction IDs and account details ready to provide securely, but I need an official ticket opened or a direct link to a support agent who can review my account history.
Could you please assist me in getting this escalated to the support team so I can send them my transaction data privately?
