A moderator's job is to keep the chat environment safe, friendly, and enjoyable for everyone. That means enforcing the rules, handling spam or toxic behavior, welcoming new members, and being a go-to person when someone has a question or concern. I've been part of the Stake community for a while now and I genuinely enjoy it. I notice there's a real need for someone who understands the Indian community — our language, humor, and how we communicate. I feel like I can bridge that gap and make the chat more comfortable for Indian-speaking users. No, I have never been warned, muted, or banned. I've always tried to engage respectfully and stay within the guidelines. I haven't been an official moderator elsewhere, but I've informally helped manage group chats and communities on WhatsApp and Discord, so I understand what it takes to keep things organized and civil. Absolutely, I'm comfortable working night shifts. I'm flexible with my schedule and understand that moderation doesn't run on a 9-to-5.
