Depending on the schedule and work itself required I can spend the amount of hours needed for this, but I'm assuming the regular 6 - 8h. I am usually able to be active and focused for long periods. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? The job of a moderator is to help keep the chat/community/live support respectful, safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone. A moderator should make sure users follow the rules, avoid spam, harassment, abuse, begging, scams, and inappropriate behavior. A moderator should also help guide users when possible, keep the atmosphere positive, and act fairly without abusing their position. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I would like to become a moderator because I am very familiar with Stake, and I enjoy being part of this type of organizations. I believe I can help Portuguese-speaking users feel supported while also helping maintain a clean and respectful chat. I also run my own business, so I am used to dealing with people, staying calm under pressure, communicating professionally, and solving problems responsibly. I understand that being a moderator is not about power, but about trust, fairness, patience, and helping the community work better. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Never. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? I have experience managing online communities, messages, customers, and social media interactions through my own projects and business.
