Biggest boundary I set in 2026: Protecting my peace at all costs. That meant cutting off draining conversations, saying no without guilt, logging off when I needed to, and not forcing places/people that were forcing me out. It wasn’t easy. People misunderstood me. But my mental health, my goals, and my happiness thanked me later. Sometimes the life you want requires the boundaries you’re scared to set.
