I still remember waking up at 4am as a kid just to watch a World Cup match with my dad, half asleep but totally glued to the screen. Moments likke that are why football sticks with you for life. -

Watch Spain’s wing play if you’re betting live, they tend to overload the far post around the 60th minute when legs get tired. Belgium usually keeps it tight early but that second half drop off is real obvious in their last few fixtures.

Yamal's hype is huge and he's fun to watch, but Jude Bellinham has already bossed it in two top leagues plus the Champions League so I'd give him the edge. You can't teach that kind of big game composure and he just runs the midfield every time.

I actually set a timer for 15 minutes and force myself to stand up and stretch no matter whats happening on screen, even if I'm on a winning streak. Sounds dumb but the physical reset stops me from spiraling into that zone where I forget to blink and start clicking like a zombie.
