So I don't get to be on stake all the time because of obligations and travel for work. I raise the issue that usually such bonuses will specify in the email if and when it will expire. In which case I would not have even bothered engaging support. From that point on every response just felt like some AI slop encouraging me to check my emails more frequently. The only thing consistent with stake is ZERO transparency.
