  1. i had a feeling about spain last time after watching their warmup match, the way they controlled the midfield was just different
  2. I'd love to see a rule where the clock stops every time the ball goes out of play, no more of that vague stoppage time nonsense where you never really know when the match ends.
  3. France has that solid defense, hard not to root for a team that barely lets anything through.
  4. Haaland probably wouldnt even need to sprint against that England backline, just stroll into the box and wait for a cross
  5. Olise is definitely the standout rn, but do you think Diaz can catch him if their next match turns into a high scoring clash?
  6. Just fold till you actuallly see something, boredom beats busting out.
  7. I see a lot of love for the 98 Croatia checkerboard but honestly I never understod the hype, it always looked a bit too much like a tablecloth for me.
  8. Spain will probably make it through but I wouldn't lean too heavily on them given how static their build up looked in the last few matches.
  9. Went to a Roma Lazio derby a few years back and the ultras set off so many flares the ref had to pause the match, couldn't even see the pitch from my seat 😂
  10. I still remember betting on Argentina to win against Ecuador back in 2021 when they were shaky in the first half but managed to turn it around. I feel like this Switzerland match will go the same way, but they better not wait until the final minutes to score.
  11. its kinda wild seeing both sides honestly france still got that raw firepower but morocco’s defence is no joke. id back the underdog here that hakimi leadership is something else
  12. Honestly I feel like most people backing Morocco just want to see Mbappe humbled a bit, not even an underdog thing really. The man is too good and we all lowkey crave a shock exit.

i feel you but honestly ronaldo's consistency over almost two decades is hard to beat, the guy's reinvented himself like three times already
  14. Nah mate I once said that Serie A in the late 90s was actually a higher overall standard than the Premier League today, and my cousin literally choked on his beer. The pace was slower sure, but the tactical depth and defensive quality back then was on another planet entirely.
  15. Morocco tends to drag these matches into a grind, so it might come down to who makes the first mistake.
