i remember watching a game once where the ref literally smiled after ignoring a clear handball from them, it was so bizarre. kinda feels like we see the same pattern over and over and nothing changes.

I get why people hype Gvardiol but I actually think his positioning has been a bit off a few times, he got lucky not to get punished. Still a top talent though, just maye not the most impressive yet. -

I get what you're saying but I think luck still has a bigger role than msot of us want to admit, you can fold perfectly and still get crushed by variance over a short session.

I keep landing on France too, the squad depth is a bit ridiculous if we're being honest. Argentina might ride the momentum again though, that whoel underdog vibe just refuses to fade. -
Can't look past 2006, Zidane's volley in the first half was pure class before it all went sideways. The way his red card silence hita room I was in is something I'll never forget honestly.
