Not a whole movie soundtrack but the bit in Almost Famous where they all sing Tiny Dancer on the bus, that scene just resets my brain every single time I see it. Works better than coffee honestly -

I set my clothes out the night before and have a strict no phone rule for the first 30 minutes I'm awake so I don't start the day anxious. It’s basic stuff but once my brain isn't scrolling immediately I actually feel like getting stuff done.
