Tbh the "playing for something meaningful" part is what I focus on more than the fit XI. I got burned too many times by teams that were at full strength but just coasting cause the season was basically over for them. -
My mate was at that Youth League game against Zagreb and said he tracked back like a madman even in the 89th minute. If he carries that work rate to Portugal the fans will absolutely love him there.
