Yeah they squeaked through a couple of tight ones but I actually think surviving those scares builds more composure for the later stages. My take is their keeper is quietly the real hero of this run so far.

Everyone keeps sleeping on Morocco's defensive organization, they've only conceded once all tournament and that was an own goal. France better not expect to just walk through them.
