biggest tip i can give is stop calling every bet with a mid pair hoping to hit trips, i kept leaking chips doing that on the river for weeks before i figured out fold equity is a thing

Honestly Qatar's air conditioned outdoor areas saved my trip last time, I was sitting there in the afternoon sipping tea and not sweating at all which felt liek sorcerey. Havent been to the others yet to compare but that tech really stuck with me.
