Ronaldo has himself to blame for his consistent failure at the World Cup. His closest achievement was reaching the semi-final in 2006, yet he still failed to win the third-place playoff. Why does he have himself to blame? Because he is always trying to be the best instead of simply trying to win and Messi is still alive!!! A 39-year-old Messi is better than any version of Ronaldo. Why? Simply because Messi is Messi. Agree or not, that's your problem. Mbappé is better too.
