Have the same problem, more people need to see this. It's stupid.

Hey. This is a cry for help. This is my 3rd week on this account. Every Saturday I join to get the stream codes from Eddie to somewhat recover my losses which isn't even 5% of what I've lost in such a short amount of time. I don't claim TG codes. I only claim my weeklys, monthlys and "trying to claim the stream codes". They have 10 bonuses per day limit. I claimed 1 stream code and got an email saying that the bonuses are out of proportion? I ask for help in support and every week I wait around an hour or two till I get a response and then they say it's out of their jurisdiction. What am I supposed to do? Everyone else says they've never seen such things and it's weird and I see my friend claiming codes everytime even when being up insane amounts. I'll give my statistics for this month down below: This week wager: 7172$, Profit: -660$, Bonuses: 29$ (this includes my weekly) Fortnight wager: 15342$, Profit: -1153$, Bonuses: 122$ (my weeklies and monthlys combined, everyone gets these and one stream code) Month wager: 31268$ wager, Profit: -2325$, Bonuses: 182$ (contains everything previously mentioned plus a few stream codes before I got the email saying I'm supposedly "ineligible". My question is: What is the point of wagering for codes if I'm unable to claim a SINGULAR stream code for 5$? I always look forward to Eddies streams in hopes that MAYBE this time is different. But no. As of right now, I've gotten no email and everytime I've tried to claim a code this week it's giving me this message. "We're sorry, but you are currently ineligible to claim bonus drops. If you have any questions, please reach out to support for more information." And again, I made this post about 4:43 PM my time and support hasn't answered for an hour, AGAIN. Who do I tag? I've missed out on 100$+s of dollars of stream codes from 3 weeks of streams. Username: ronanwinsinbj
