I’m really disappointed. I’ve been a loyal player on your platform for five years, and every year since 2020, I’ve consistently received my birthday bonus exactly on July 19—the day itself. Your support ( @Branko ) even sends the link directly, because I never receive it via email. You know this, it’s all in my history.
But this year, in 2025, suddenly I have to wait two more days just to get the email bonus? That’s not a birthday bonus anymore—it’s just late. What changed?
Also, the live support responses have been confusing and frustrating. It's like they aren't even trying to help. I’m not asking for anything more than what I’ve always received, and I’m definitely not here to be brushed off after years of loyalty.
Please check my records, do the right thing, and make the system fair again. A birthday bonus should arrive on the actual birthday no excuses.
