Hello, I would like to ask for an update regarding a tennis bet that has not yet been settled. The match Hu, Feier vs Roura Llaverias, Ruth at W15 Antalya was not played, as the tournament was officially canceled. This has been confirmed, and the match has already been voided and refunded by other bookmakers. However, on Stake, the bet is still not refunded, even though more than 4 days have passed since the cancellation. I fully understand that delays can sometimes happen, but given that the situation is clear (match not played / tournament canceled), I would kindly ask if you could review this bet and proceed with the refund.
