What is going on with these ''rain abuse'' things. I haven't received rains for 8-9 days in regional chat even tho i meet the requirements. I'm starting to lose my temper because of the blatant lies of the customer support onsite. I feel like this should be adressed directly to the player if they are restricted from bonuses. Ib my opinion and many others opinion also regarding to this topic is that, there should be immidient email about the thing. Stake is technically and actually is breaking rules of moral and also rules of cucarao license. It's strictly forbidden to lure people to wager x amount, play that amount and eventually when time comes for the promotion/bonus/ whatever rain is, to come, you won't recieve it. This also affects regular users the most, because when this happens people have couple options. 1. Make an alt account and abuse promotions from that. 2. Get angry and blame the customer support, people in the chats etc. 3. People starts wagering more or doing different things losing money to receive the bonus, whim they are still unable to attend. I kindly request, that this will be addressed somehow. This cant continue this way. If any of you have similar feelings etc. feel free to tell those in the comments. It's just ridcilious that customer support tells that these ''rain abuses'' doesn't exsist. Thats patheic. Please, any managers any people working upper customer support answer.
