I’m posting this to see if anyone else has experienced a similar issue on Elemental Plinko (provider: Ovryx Gaming).
On a recent bet:
the ball visually landed on x150 during the animation,
the bet recap also displayed x150,
but the final payout was calculated as x5.
The casino support states that their backend result shows x5 and that the bet was “settled correctly”.
However, my concern is not the backend result, but the discrepancy between what is displayed to the player and what is actually paid.
This is already the second time this has happened to me on this game, which raises concerns about a possible client-side / visual rendering bug.
For clarity:
I provided the correct bet ID,
screenshots showing x150 displayed,
and support claims the provider checked and found no issue.

Has anyone else experienced something similar on Elemental Plinko or other Plinko-style games?
Is this a known visual bug where the animation/recap does not match the backend result?
How do you usually handle this kind of situation?
I’m genuinely interested in feedback and experiences from other players.
