Did you even read the entire issue? Getting all promotional email, monthly bonus communication over email and other important emails is not asking free money from support. For your kind information there is no free money anyway. You either loose or wager enough to get any sort of bonus by stake. All I want from support is to rectify the issue and fix it for me so I am getting all emails as usual

I have not been receiving any emails from stake even after I have been subscribed on stake. I am a 5 years old player From some months no emails, whether its monthly pre or post monthly or any promotions. When I reach out to support they say everything is okay no issue. When I persist them that I am subscribed yet I am not receiving email they say marketing team handles its. When I say please escalate this to marketing team then they say its all okay. When its all okay why am I not receiving emails? This after being with stake for 5 years. What harrasment. Zero support. Btw I wager around 100k a month so not that I am not active or anything. Here in community if I post about it ny post are deleted automatically. Seriously I will have to take some advice from you guys on whats wrong with stake. I have checked my spam. If I try to get my stats I recieve them so no issue there aswell that means I have not blocked stakes email too. Would love to see inputs from the folks and even if anyone from stake team actually wants to help and not act as a computer with replies would be appreciated

During this time were you receiving other emails or only ladder bonus emails were missing? I have never ever received single ladder email and I am platinum 3 with 90% to platinum 4

Hi everyone so this is to bring to notice that there is some discrepancy I saw in stakes wager statistics I have noticed and this may be affecting bonuses and much more So from 20th December till 14 Jan I have 65 raffle tickets that means I have wagered 65k is past 25days right? That also mean that I wagered 65k in past 30 days clearly. Now stake stats shows I have wagered only 56k If in past 30 days I have wagered 56k only according to stats sent to my email then how on earth I had 65 raffle tickets in past 30 days? Each ticket is 1k wager. Support like everyone knows no support Email support says don't email since email support is closed and only live support is now available Live support says its all good no issues BUT AGAIN IF I HAVE 65 RAFFLE TICKETS IN PAST 30 DAYS THEN HOW DO I HAVE 56K WAGER ONLY??? EACH RAFFLE TICKET IS 1K WAGER 65 TICKETS = 65K WAGERED. Man support on this website sometimes really get on your nerves. 2023 was one when I won 10k usd and they banned my withdrawal for 4 days while deposit was all active until I lost all and withdrawals were active again. And now this where they have different stats on wager also. Adding screenshots so if I am missing something you guys can help. Because I know no support no eddie no one is coming to rescue ever.

Yes this is something I have experienced aswell I use to get way more bonuses and better at lower rank. I have 12% left to reach p4 and didn't get single bonus on my mail, no ladder nothing. I lost about 90k usd during this time and ofcourse wagered millions to reach to 88% p3 While people I recommend stake are at silver and gold and keep getting all the benefits and ladder bonuses etc. Marketing team is in charge is all chat support tell you. Clearly marketing team is seeing something we can see when someone loosing 2k usd at silver vip gets ladder bonus and a player loosing 90k usd at p3 is not eligible. But your point is valid and everyone should keep in account that wagering more is definitely not a way to get better rewards and you will just loose more and that also doesn't count at getting more rewards even at higher ranks Thanks for sharing this

Ohh thats what they say bro! My friend whom I recommend plays twice a thrice a month wagers 10-20k a month gets bonus emails, ladder bonuses being at gold vip I am platinum 3 vip 80% wagering ofcourse way more and I never got a single ladder bonus. Support says marketing team decides. When I ask them whom to reach out if marketing team is being unfair , they reply marketing team decides. I ask them can I put a email to somone regarding this because this really looks like something not right with the example I am giving to compare and they reply marketing team decides. If anyone from stake is looking at please know that we understand your dont give a dam about already hooked old loyal players and you want to lure new players with special bonuses but we will not stay here for long specially being treated this way

I did atleast 150 bonus buy. Probably 5% if I had to be generous were 1.5x of my total buy and remaining 95% all were under 0.5x not even money back in atleast 140+ bonus buys. The rtp kicks is with million bets and all that bullshit is another scam
