Dear, I used "should" not for the rules, but for a situation that happened 1 hour ago, we do not know who shared this code in the chat, and we do not know from whom you got this code, you were aware of the rules, so you told this user to go to the challenge room to share this code with him. If you didn't know the rules, you should have shared this code with him in the French room, but you didn't because you already knew the rules. (You also shared this code in sports chat)

If you got the code from Stake chat, it means that the person who shared the code also broke the chat rules, in which case both of these users should be muted.
