βTis the night before Christmas, when all through the house, the ornaments held an emergency meeting in the attic. The Star, the most important piece, was missing!
General Nutcracker led Operation: Star Retrieval. Their spy, Sparkle the Reindeer, reported that the Star was sitting alone on the kitchen counter.
The ornaments, including the Tinsel Garlands (serving as rope) and Blinky the Snowman (serving as a distraction), made the perilous journey downstairs.
Just as they reached the counter, little Lily, the youngest human, crept into the kitchen. Blinky flashed wildly to distract her.
Instead of being startled, Lily noticed the Star. She carried it carefully into the living room, climbed onto an ottoman, and placed the brass ornament on the very top of the Christmas tree.
Instantly, the entire tree flared to life with a brilliant, warm glow. The Christmas magic was complete.
General Nutcracker commanded a retreat, and the ornaments slipped away, leaving the silent house bathed in the Star's soft, twinkling light.
