You agree to the ToS of Stake by using the platform and entering the forum challenges. In particular you agree to the condition that they may limit access or eligibility to promotions at their discretion.
It also creates a fair playing field for other users who actually deposit money to play. It’s unfair to them if someone who never spends their own money is constantly taking advantage of forum challenge wins that could be won by those who are actively participating with their own funds, while you win them through drop code bucks, as you mentioned.
This is a business and you’ve been given a free ride…. Stake will look at your value as a customer considering the losses they have vs your deposits/bonus value. If you want the perks of freebies you have to contribute as a customer.
You were doing so well that Stake had to ban your promotion eligibility temporarily, that’s kind of a W!

Firstly Hi @NemanjaPi
I qualified for the $3,000 Perfect 10 | Sports promotion last week by winning a bet with odds greater than 10. However, I have not been able to claim the reward.
Normally, a claim option appears through Stake Support, but this week it did not. When I checked the forum, I noticed that the promotion link appears to be invalid when clicked.

I'm not sure if you have a specific event in mind or if you're referring to all free-to-play events with randomly selected winners, but in either case, the winners are selected from all community members.
The rules for rewards are simple, and every winner is carefully checked before being paid out, so there is nothing to worry about. I understand that it can be frustrating not to receive a reward, but there are many eligible users participating in each event, so winning is not easy.
The winners are chosen randomly, and after they are selected, we simply verify whether they are eligible or not. Account age does not matter, as every community member has an equal chance of winning.

The event I am referring to is not a general giveaway, but specifically the Bet ID Prediction Contest. While you claim that "every account has an equal chance," it cannot be a mere coincidence that all the winners have accounts created on the exact same date.
Instead of defending the system by stating it operates randomly, I urge you to check this chronological pattern—specifically, the accounts opened on the very same day—within the winners' list. To protect the rights of genuine and active community members, we expect this list to be manually re-examined.
