Unable to Claim Reward – $3,000 Perfect 10 | Sports

Firstly Hi @NemanjaPi 

I qualified for the  $3,000 Perfect 10 | Sports promotion last week by winning a bet with odds greater than 10. However, I have not been able to claim the reward.

Normally, a claim option appears through Stake Support, but this week it did not. When I checked the forum, I noticed that the promotion link appears to be invalid when clicked.

For reference, this is the entry I submitted in the promotion thread:

Could you please clarify whether there is an issue with the promotion or my eligibility? If there is no issue, I would like to request my reward.

Hello @TheHorkios,

Unfortunately, after checking again, you are not eligible for this promotion because you placed a bet with 7 legs, while the minimum required to win the reward is a 10-leg bet.

As you can see, it is clearly stated in the promotion rules:
