veryyy intrestinggg i was told by the support that they're taking measures this never happens again looks like it did happen before and they simply dont care and are just scamming huh
a promotion was sent through popups to some users deposit 200$s wager 400$s and u get a reward at the start of the month this was sent to a (select group of people not all) this mistake was never corrected at the time not through popup not through support and not through email i was never notified that i am not eligable for this so i went and ahead and did it (losing 200$ in the process) now at the start of the month i contact support about this and these are the answers i get
after telling them i would like to esclate this and i want to speak to a higher up it becomes clear that i LITERALLY CANNOT ESCLATE THIS TO ANYONE
that is not normal that is not a way a respectable company behaves if this "mistake" was never corrected i should be conpensated STILL because as far as i knew i was ELIGABLE
