Did that it was still missing. Did that problem isn’t resolved they said pending just now but don’t know the exact time phrase

Please help out literally I was playing I was at 2 hundred something then it drop to 1eighty something and then dropped to 79 and then 89 and then 79.99 again like I refresh mad times but it’s still missing …..

Guys what happens if I’m playing all of a sudden my money was at 234.99 and then it turned to 189.69 then it turned back to 237.00 and then 79.99 and then 89.9 then. Back to 79.99

So I was playing keno like always but I don’t know why but glitches are normally fine with me until this had happened a few times now and it’s not cool I was playing I was up 1hundred something then 2hundred something then returned after I kept refreshing to 79.99 and then that’s was it no money came back no money was returned pls help this is messsd up when I asked the customer service they said so stop gambling until YOU tell us the problem is fixed and don’t gamble at all like are you kidding me I’m platinum 3 almost 4 6 percent until in platinum 4 and this is what I am getting for being a customer at this platform to them?
