hey 1. my stake username is sourav14447 2. I used to spend approximately 5 hours on chat daily, actively participating and engaging with the community. 3. A moderator’s job is to ensure that the chat remains respectful, friendly, and follows all community guidelines. This includes helping users, answering questions, resolving conflicts, and taking appropriate action against rule violations. 4. I enjoy being part of the community and want to contribute more by helping maintain a positive and welcoming environment. I believe my communication skills and commitment can help strengthen the chat experience for all users. 5. Yes when i was new to chat , but later on i understood all the rules carefully 6. Yes, I have moderated on small kick.com channels, where I was responsible for maintaining a positive environment. 7. Yes, I am willing and available to work during nighttime hours as needed. -
